What You Will Do:

  • Manage Telco accounts and strategize to grow their contribution in Tokopedia
  • Liaise with internal & external operations team to deliver best service for end users
  • Responsible for driving business growth, cost optimization and service excellence

What This Role Needs:


  • Minimum Education Standard: Bachelor Degree with Economics, Business, Management, Digital Tech, or Financial Service related major/studies.
  • Professional proficiency in English & Bahasa Indonesia (Writing & Speaking)
  • Possess competencies in analytical & critical thinking skills
  • Strong stakeholder management & task prioritization skills
  • Previous management & leadership experiences
  • Excellent communication, negotiation skills, and a strong team player
  • 0 - 2 years working experience; Plus point if applicant have background in Telco and/or Digital Technology Business

What is the Expected Output:

  • Initiate monthly programs supported by partner and conduct marketing planning
  • Conduct research & analysis of product performance and assist problem-solving with relevant teams
  • Conduct preparation & post evaluation for every initiative being executed as well as provide plan on how to improve
